David Santeusanio has more than 24 years’ experience in key business leadership roles in the professional services, energy and healthcare industries. He is known for effectively leveraging his business acumen as a corporate SVP, as well as his 14 years of management consulting, to deliver practical solutions consistently exceeding Client expectations.
Santeusanio is a Partner with SOLIDexecutive, Inc. and is responsible for key account and project management, largely within SOLID’s energy, professional services and healthcare sectors. He also is engaged as a management consultant, providing guidance to senior management and leadership teams in productivity management, organizational effectiveness, business development and designing new product and service offerings. Santeusanio is qualified to administer a wide array organizational, team and individual assessments. His projects often involve strategic and operational planning, business planning, organizational design and employee development.
Santeusanio has led organization-wide change management initiatives with P&Ls ranging from $4 million to $100 million. In 2008, Santeusanio was appointed senior vice president of business development for DrTango, Inc., where he provided strategic direction in the development of channel partner programs and corporate health and wellness services. The financial scope of his projects ranged from $200,000 to $20 million in revenue creation.
From 2003 to 2007, Santeusanio served as a senior management consultant for Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Within this global consultancy having $2 billion in annual revenue, he generated high-level, six-figure engagements and executed global management consulting projects. From 1996 to 2002, Santeusanio was a senior account executive with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems. He was recruited to manage the newest and largest contract for the Health & Fitness Division and transform the client’s broken systems and processes. Santeusanio created a comprehensive change management program integrating all health and organizational functions. His work produced significant yearly increases in account profitability in each period of a multi-year, $6 million contract.
Prior to this, from 1988 to 1996 Santeusanio was president and CEO of an independent consulting business serving the healthcare and wellness industry. The firm provided a full array of wellness programs and services to assess health needs, develop business cases, design and implement programs and measure outcomes and effectiveness, resulting in optimal employee health and productivity for his Clients.
Santeusanio has provided consulting services to many prestigious companies including Motorola, 3M, Dell Computers, Exxon, JB Hunt Transport, Southwest Airlines, Tenet HealthSystem, St. Joseph Hospital System, Dow Chemical, Owens Corning, Alliance Data and General Dynamics. Early in his career, Santeusanio specialized in employee training and development and has trained thousands of people in classroom and incidental, workplace learning.
Santeusanio earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in physical and health education from the University of Maine in 1977 and a Master of Science Degree in exercise physiology from the University of Arizona in 1979. Since then, he has served as a visiting scholar and led graduate seminars at the University of Texas at Austin. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
