David Santeusanio has more than 24 years of experience in key business leadership roles in the professional service, energy and healthcare industries. He is known for effectively leveraging his corporate senior vice president business experience and 14 years in management consulting to deliver practical solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

Santeusanio is a Partner with SOLIDexecutive, Inc. and is responsible for key account and project management, largely within SOLID’s energy, professional services and healthcare sectors. He also is engaged as a management consultant, providing guidance to senior management and leadership teams in productivity management, organizational effectiveness, business development and design of new product and service offerings. Santeusanio is qualified to administer a wide array of organizational, team and individual assessments. Director of Client Services

Mandy Van Streepen has more than 20 years of management experience in top professional services firms. Since 2008, she has been Director of Client Services for SOLIDexecutive, Inc. and provides leadership for all Client-facing support and services.

Van Streepen has held Account Manager and Client Services Director roles throughout her career, managing major, international accounts including Alitalia airlines, BMW, MTN Mobile phone and Yardley of London. Her expertise includes strategic business and marketing planning, advertising management, media buying and marketing campaign design and development. A seasoned project and program manager, Van Streepen heads up all Client projects at SOLID.

Van Streepen earned a degree in Public Relations from theTechnikon Witwatersrand in South Africa. She is married with two daughters and resides in Austin, Texas

Daniel J. Mueller is an early pioneer of the executive coaching industry. He has 14 years’ experience as President and CEO of a senior executive coaching and advisory firm and 11 years as CEO of three professional services organizations. He serves as President and CEO for SOLIDexecutive, Inc.

Mueller’s experience and background in organization design and development (OD) has shaped his coaching approach, creating custom-tailored solutions which are practical and bottom-line focused. This resonates with senior executives, who want tangible, measurable improvements in their executives’ and organization’s performance.

From 1990 to 1996, Mueller served as President and CEO of Solid Foundation International Inc., a national OD consultancy. He added executive assessment and coaching offerings, tripling revenues and improving margins by almost 25% in less than 2 years. Tony Reed is a leading technology executive who, over the last 19 years, has served in four CEO and two COO roles of early to late stage high tech ventures.

Reed has significant M&A expertise, with 14 completed buy and sell side transactions. Having experience funding startups, he raised a cumulative $100M. Reed has a reputation for accelerating growth in the privately held small to mid-market space. As chairman and board member, he successfully partnered with investors, driving alignment on strategic direction, multiplying shareholder value and implementing controlled exit strategies.

A talent for root cause analysis, Reed reversed the fortunes of four VC funds. He quickly solves complex problems by surrounding himself with experts, eliciting candid feedback from stakeholders, and empowering employees to get results. read more

Sarah Miller is an emerging leader in environmental science and policy.

A cutting-edge thinker in this new and rapidly growing sector, Miller has a broad education in the environmental field. Her passion for this area led to her earning a Masters of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy, a degree jointly administered by Columbia University’s School and International and Public Affairs and The Earth Institute.

Currently, Miller is a research analyst and consultant with SOLIDexecutive, Inc., where she is responsible for all research in SOLID’s energy practice.
